To disable your subscription to Modamica.it, enter the section Details in the My account menu. By disabling your account, your orders archive will be permanently deleted.

If you selected home delivery, you can track anytime your order status in the section My Orders in My account. If you are not registered on Modamica.it you can directly access the section Orders. In this case, you will have to provide your e-mail address and the code of your order. Moreover, once your order will be shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.

If you selected the collect in store option, once the order will be available at the store, you will be notified of it with an e-mail. You will be given up to 15 days to collect your order. In this case, you won’t have to queue. Ask for your order directly to our sales assistants in the store and collect it providing an ID document.

Unfortunately, once the order has been confirmed, it is automatically processed by our system and it cannot be cancelled or modify.

The order can be returned after the delivery. For further information, please refer to the Returns and refunds.

Unfortunately, it is not possible. Each order, once submitted, is automatically processed by our system and it is not possible to modify the details.

In case you want to purchase new items, a new order must be placed; otherwise, it is possible to return the items you have ordered once you receive them. For further information, please refer to the Returns and refunds section on our website.

Until the order is completed, the items added in your shopping bag remain available on the website and they can be purchased by other clients. Should this situation occur, before the order is completed you are going to receive an alert that the items you selected are no longer available.

No, inserting an item in the shopping bag does not guarantee the automatic reservation of that item nor the fact that it is available. Some items may be much in demand and they may run out stock although they were available at the moment they were added to the shopping bag.

Verify you have correctly entered the data relating to the selected payment method. If you have chosen to pay by credit card and the problem persists, we advise you to contact the Issuance Institute.

As soon as the order is completed, a prior authorization of payment will be required in order to verify the validity of the card and the presence of funds. It will not be charged yet: the total amount will be actually charged when the order will be shipped.

The amount paid is lesser when, at the time of the shipping, not all the products are available; the charged amount will correspond solely with the price of the items actually shipped.

Modamica.it guarantees that the order amount will be deposited on your card only once. On your bank statement the order amount could be showed twice: the first one indicates the payment authorization required at the time when the order is placed; the second one is the confirmation of the actual charge.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose the specific day and time of the delivery. You can still try and contact DHL at the number 199 199 345 or UPS at the number +39 02 30 30 30 39 to arrange a possible date for the delivery.

Currently you can purchase on this website from every EU Country, Asia and Oceania, US and Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.

If you received a faulty item or a different product than that you have ordered, we will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned and the connected shipping costs once we receive the returned merchandise in our warehouse and once the return status is checked by our team.

If you have received a defective item, you can ask us, at your choice, to repair the item or to replace it, without charge in both cases, unless the requested relief is objectively impossible or excessively expensive compared to the other.

Of course, you can choose a different courier than the one that originally delivered the package. You shall ship your package to the following address:

You are free to choose your courier but, in this case, you will bear the shipping cost. Consider that, if you don’t use our return label. Modamica.it cannot be held responsible for possible thefts or losses during the transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping.

If the payment method of the order was either PayPal or credit card, the refund will be on the bank account from which the initial payment was made. For security reasons, we are not authorized to refund the amount on a different bank account.

Did you have received the Modamica's Gift Card? Enjoy the surprise!

Enter Modamica.it and add to your cart the clothes and accessories you prefer. At the end of the purchase’s process, enter the code impressed on the Gift Card or the code we sent to you by e-mail in the "Promotion code or gift card" section.

If you do not spend the full amount of the gift card, you can use it in the next purchase! If the amount of your order is higher than the amount of the gift card, you will only have to pay the difference.
